Refund Policy

  • For projects initiated after the approval of the service agreement, refund requests will only be considered for phases that have not yet been completed or delivered.
  • Each project phase approved by the client is considered complete, and no refund can be issued for that phase.
  • No refunds are provided after the service has been delivered digitally and the project has been handed over. However, refund requests will be considered in cases where the committed service has not been provided.
  • Refund processes are evaluated on a project-by-project basis, and the refund procedure is finalized after the necessary reviews are conducted by the service provider.

Refund Process:

  • To submit a refund request, the client must provide a detailed explanation of which phase of the service they were dissatisfied with.
  • If the request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
  • The service provider reserves the right to reject a refund request based on the nature of the work performed.
